We are very excited to offer for the first time a selection of Modal/Cotton Blend French Terry knits in an assortment of beautiful solid colours!

Modal/Cotton blend French Terry has a luxuriously soft hand, perfect stretch and you can achieve a lovely drape with it.  A wonderful light-mid weight trans-seasonal knit (natural fibre textile) that is perfect for hoodies and loungewear, baby clothing, it’s even great for skirts, shorts & dresses! Featuring a smooth knitted top side and soft looped underside.

A blend of /modal cotton & elastane gives you that perfect amount of comfort & stretch for your garment and is perfect for year-round casual sewing. In colder climates – this is a great layering fabric under coats & jackets during winter, but also makes the best summer shorts, skirts, dresses and more – a breathable knit perfect for comfy summer clothes!

Such a versatile knit for year-round sewing!  Warning: once you use sew with modal fabric you will fall in love, it’s a favourite here at Wattle Hill Fabrics and our range of prints are a popular choice amongst the orders!  Modal/Cotton is breathable, colour-fast & shrinkage/pilling resistant.
